Exchange Policy (Damaged / Defective Products) 1. Proof is mandatory: You must record a video at the time of unboxing clearly showing the defect or non-functional issue. 3. Only upon verification and approval, an exchange request will be processed. Definition of a Defective Product A product will be considered defective if it: (i) is unfit for its intended purpose due to manufacturing or design flaws. (ii) has been damaged prior to delivery. (iii) does not match the product description, advertising, or labeling claims. All returned products undergo structured quality testing. Exchanges will only be accepted once proof is verified and the claim is approved. Exchange Shipping & Terms 1. If the order value exceeds ₹1,000, we will arrange a pickup for the approved exchange. 2. For orders valued below ₹1,000, you will be required to ship the item back to us at your own cost. 3. No Returns – Products once sold are not eligible for return. 4. Exchange Policy – Exchanges are subject to terms and conditions, with customers responsible for one-way shipping costs.
